Hire a Gorgeous Canvas Stretch Tent in the South West of France. Perfect for your French wedding, garden party or outdoor corporate event.

Stretch tents look amazing due to their distinctive design & are a cost-effective solution when compared to a traditional marquee & you get all the best bits of a marquee just at a lower cost. You can choose to have your tent opened, closed or semi-closed as the canvas allows for a lot of customisation during set-up. 

Stretched tents are suitable for all events & you can hire a small reception tent for up to 50 guests or a larger structure holding 120 guests seated on round tables which gives you a standing capacity of around 200 guests.

We have packages available including event decor, mobile bars, dance floors, lighting to sound systems. Tables, chairs & dinner wear can be arranged on your behalf via a 3rd party supplier, we manage everything for you if required or you can arrange your own tables & chairs & just hire the stretch tent on its own.

The large stretch tent measures 15 meters X 10 meters giving you a usable floor space of 146 sqm. You’ll be able to seat up to 100 / 120 guests depending on your table layout & pricing starts from 2,200€ HT plus delivery & set up. 

For a 15m X 10m canvas stretch tent that's delivered, installed, and later picked up within a 2-hour radius of Bergerac, the typical charge is 3,000€ HT

Add luxury matting to any stretch tent from 350€ HT.

Details of your event would be need to be discussed to confirm a cost & prices are based on us building on a flat grassed area, if you require a stretched tent to be built on hardstanding then ballast is required.
