Professional Stage Configurations for Bands and Live Music

Small to Medium Band Setups

For a typical wedding or party band, a stage of approximately 5m wide x 3m deep offers a clean, professional platform for performances for an event with up to 100 / 200 guests. This size is ideal for small to medium-sized groups, providing a dedicated space for musicians without unnecessary bulk - we would recommend a stage height of 300mm or 400mm 

Larger Band Requirements

For larger groups—such as a 10 or 11-piece band—an 7m x 3m stage is what we would recommend. If your setup includes additional backline or a floor lighting package then more space may be required to accommodate all technical elements comfortably. Send us over your requirements & we can recommend the right size stage.

Ceremony Stage Platforms

For intimate settings like weddings or religious ceremonies, we offer smaller platforms (typically 3m x 2m or 4m x 2m). These often pair with our dance floor rental and day-of wedding coordination services. These stages are usually finished in white carpet with matching white high glass fascia boards, creating a subtle and elegant backdrop. 

Our ceremony platforms are be finished with any colour carpet & acrylic fascias. Round, half round & circular staging & are also available to hire

Outdoor Mobile Trailer Stage

For outdoor events and music festivals, our mobile trailer stage is perfect for small to medium sized festivals with upto 3000 people. Our mobile trailer stage offers an 8m x 6m (48 m²) performance area and is built to strict technical French / EU standards. Key points include:

Fast Build & Setup Time:
The stage only takes 2 crew, 2 hours to fully build ready for the production equipment to be installed - this is a massive saving on crew when compared to a traditional festival stage build where 8 - 10 crew are sometimes needed.

Wind Loading Resistance:
Engineered to withstand wind gusts up to 90 km/h even with a roof height of 5.8m

Arc Roof Design:
The curved arc’ed roof gives a modern & slick look to the stage & helps with lighting design

Roof Load Capacity:
With a roof payload of 1,000kg this allows for plenty of lighting to be installed & we have pre-made packages available for those looking for a complete stage & lighting solution.

Optional PA Wings :
Each PA wing has a payload of 300kg & we can supply a flown d&b Q1 line array for those looking for a line array sound package with the stage 

Optional LED Screens :
We can supply a pair of flown 3.9mm IP rated LED screens either side of the stage 2000mm X 3000mm using the PA wings or another option is a large 6000mm X 4000mm at the back of the stage.
