Fête24 offers day-of wedding coordination across France, with a strong base in the South West (Dordogne, Bordeaux and surrounding areas). We’re here for couples who want the day to flow smoothly without managing every detail themselves.

We’re not a full-service design studio creating mood boards and décor concepts. We’re an experienced, family-run event team who specialise in the practical side — logistics, timing, supplier management and the technical realities of French venues.

Our job is simple: make sure everything happens when it should, so you can relax and enjoy your wedding.

Who This Service Is For

Day-of coordination works best when:

• Your venue is already secured
• Most suppliers (photographer, florist, caterer, etc.) are booked
• You’re comfortable with the planning so far
• You simply don’t want to be the one directing everyone on the actual day

Most destination couples from the UK and US tell us the same thing: they don’t need 12 months of hand-holding — they just need someone reliable, English-speaking and on-site who knows how things really work in France.

How We Work

Kerry handles all the pre-wedding communication and admin. She already manages supplier emails and coordination every week through our event rental business, so this feels completely natural for her.

Before the wedding:

• We review your existing timeline
• Confirm details with all suppliers
• Spot any potential gaps early
• Stay available by email or call (no limits, no extra fees)

On the day:

• We arrive in good time for setup
• Manage supplier arrivals, timing and flow
• Oversee the ceremony and reception running to plan
• Handle any last-minute issues quietly and calmly
• Stay until the evening handover or first dance

It’s practical coordination — somewhere between technical event management and traditional on-the-day support, with clear English communication and local knowledge built in.

Pricing

Day-of Wedding Coordination
From €1,350 – €1,950

• Smaller château or vineyard weddings usually start at €1,350
• Larger or more complex days (bigger guest numbers, multiple locations, marquee setups) sit closer to €1,950

We deliberately position ourselves in the middle of the market — experienced and reliable, but not at luxury-agency rates. A clear, no-obligation quote is given after we understand your specific date and plans.

Because we already supply premium equipment, many couples keep everything under one roof for simplicity:

• Stretch tents

Based in the Dordogne – Working Across France

We’re based just outside Bergerac (Prigonrieux area) and know the South West extremely well — Dordogne, Bordeaux, Charente, Lot-et-Garonne. We also regularly work in Provence, the Côte d’Azur and beyond.

We understand the little things that catch international couples out: summer heat and refrigeration needs, rural power supply, narrow château access roads, and realistic supplier timing.
