In May 2026, Fête24 supplied and installed a 14 m × 14 m gloss white LED dance floor at the Fairmont Monte Carlo for a major corporate event. Working with BI Worldwide, we delivered one of the larger LED dance floors used at the venue, installing it on the Saturday evening before the client’s after-party and removing it first thing on the Monday morning with minimal disruption.

The brief

The original request came from Ian Cooke, Technical Event and Production Director at BI Worldwide. They needed a large LED dance floor for a corporate function at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. After confirming stock and arranging additional panels, we supplied a full gloss white LED starlit floor measuring approximately 14 m × 14 m (44 ft × 44 ft).

Installing a Large LED Dance Floor at the Fairmont Monte Carlo

One of the main challenges was coordinating access around the hotel’s formal loading bay and goods lift system, especially as the weekend included a public holiday in France. We worked closely with Hannah Jensen (Project Manager at BI Worldwide) and the Fairmont events team — Lou Michel and Coraline Nicolai — to agree realistic timings.

Final schedule:

• Load-in and installation: Saturday 16 May from 8:00 pm
• Collection: Monday 18 May from early morning

Once we were in the room, the floor took approximately three hours to install. Power requirement was simple — three standard sockets.

Outcome

The installation ran to schedule, the floor performed flawlessly throughout the evening, and the client was delighted with the finished result. Hannah followed up after the event to confirm everything had gone well and left a positive Google review. BI Worldwide also said they would keep us in mind for future projects.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale LED dance floor installations throughout France, Monaco and the Côte d’Azur, even where venues have tight access restrictions and demanding installation schedules.
