On 11 July 2026, Fête24 delivered complete wedding production at Château de la Couronne for Alice Massey and Timothy O’Driscoll. Working with planner Lucy March from Lucy Ann Events, we supplied the full PA system and backline for Irish band Clada, ceremony and speech sound, lighting, and an evening DJ — ensuring seamless audio from the first moment through to the final dance.
Providing full backline (including the drum kit) meant Clada could travel light from Ireland, while careful management of the château’s sound limiter kept everything within venue limits without compromising the performance.
Working with Lucy Ann Events
Working closely with Lucy Ann Events meant technical planning was completed well in advance. Clear communication around access times, the band rider and the running order allowed a smooth load-in the day before, efficient sound checks on the wedding day, and a relaxed schedule for everyone involved.
About Clada
Clada are a five-piece Irish traditional band from County Galway. Formed in 2024, they blend virtuosic fiddle and accordion with driving guitar, bass and drums, mixing Irish trad with folk, pop and funk influences. Their high-energy live sound is well suited to wedding receptions.

The main production was installed in the Banquet Hall for the evening reception. A separate system covered the ceremony and speeches earlier in the day, with time built in to move and reconfigure equipment between areas.
Access, Sound Limiters & Logistics
Access to the Banquet Hall was restricted, so the heavy production was installed the day before the wedding. On the day itself we returned for technical support and sound checks. The château operates a sound limiter, which was taken into account when setting levels for both the band and the DJ so the performance stayed within venue requirements without losing energy.
Sound checks were scheduled around the couple’s day so music choices and levels could be reviewed without disruption.
How the Day Ran
With production installed the day before, the wedding day itself ran smoothly. Clada arrived to a fully prepared stage and backline, speeches were delivered clearly across the courtyard, and the evening moved seamlessly from live music into the DJ set without interruption. Working directly with Lucy Ann Events meant any small adjustments could be handled quickly and calmly on site.
This project is a good example of how we support destination wedding planners and international bands in South West France — supplying full technical production, handling venue constraints, and delivering reliable results from ceremony through to the late-night party.
