Hire a 98’’ TV Screen For €1,249.00 HT Including Delivery With Setup To Bordeaux

If you are holding an event in Bordeaux & you are looking to hire a large TV screen for your event this is a great all in one package.

This 98’’ TV Screen Package Includes:

1: A massive screen size of 248 cm (98") in full HD with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, the image & video quality is nothing short of breathtaking. The more pixels, the richer and more detailed the image & content looks & feels.

The 98’’ TV screen is mounted on a 2500mm tall truss stand with 600mm x 600mm base plate on the ground holding the screen in place. The screen can only be installed onto a flat, level floor indoors or under cover. This screen can not be used outdoors in direct sunlight.

We will supply a 10 metre HDMI cable allowing you to connect to your laptop. If you are using a MAC you will need to supply us with a USB-C to HDMI Adapter or you rent one for €10.00 HT

2: A compact and discrete PA system consisting of two d&b Audiotechnik E8 speakers mounted on stands with a small Allen & Heath ZED10 mixing desk, this setup will allow you to play audio via your laptop / MAC or media source.

The E8 sound system will cover up to 100 attendees, if your audience is larger just email us with your requirements & we can advise accordingly.

3: Delivery, installation, and collection – that's right. When you hire our 98'' TV screen package, we will send a team to install the screen and sound system at your venue. They will ensure everything is working perfectly before departing. Later, we will return to pack up and collect the equipment, providing you with a hassle-free experience.

It takes around 1.5 hours to set up & install the equipment. The screen weighs 77kg has an overall size of 2195mm x 1290mm x 610mm. If access to your venue includes any steps, stairs or lifts we will need to be notified before we can confirm any rental or booking.

4: Additional items & services including handheld or lapel radio mic hire, staging & lighting rentals. We offer a small but professional range of Shure UR4+ wireless mics, Midas mixing desks, d&b Audiotechnik speakers, carpeted stages & lighting equipment. If you have any further AV requirements please let us know & we can suggest an appropriate solution for the event & budget.

If you require an english speaking sound technician for your event the cost is €285.00 HT based on a maximum of 8 hours.
