Fête24 Provides Wedding Event Production Services to Celebration in Montfort-sur-Argens

Back in June, we supplied a broad spectrum of our event production services to an incredible wedding celebration held at the majestic Chateau de Robernier. And we have to start by saying this place is something else. Not only is this place one of the best examples of a Château in Provence, but perhaps all of France.

The journey to the 400-year-old castle is an experience in itself. You start by winding down a gravel track through vineyards before making your way through the beautiful formal gardens, with palm trees and ornamental plants bursting with colour, before eventually arriving into a grand courtyard constructed within an olive grove.

Walking around the venue revealed even more surprises, such as one the most beautiful and undoubtedly the longest swimming pool we’d ever seen and huge halls complete with exquisite marble floors that took our breath away.

We were so in awe of the venue we almost forgot we had a job to do! So let’s tell you more about our work at this incredible wedding event.

Fête24 Work with Wedding Event Planner to Pull Off Spectacular Celebration in Provence

We were thrilled to be working with By Joanne Weddings for this wedding. If you don’t already know, Jo is one of France's leading luxury wedding planners, so getting the call was a real honour. Helping her put together the perfect wedding day was an absolute pleasure, and we’re happy to report everything went smoothly.

While there was an incredible chill-out area in the central courtyard with fairy lights and festoon lights, our brief was focused on the post-meal evening entertainment hosted in a banqueting hall with doors opening out onto the courtyard, blending indoor and outdoor spaces perfectly.

The first element of the job involved supplying sound and DJ equipment. On this front, we supplied a full d&b audiotechnik PA system featuring Q7s and Q subs. We paired this with a black DJ booth and laptop stand before installing a Pioneer XDJ-ZX all-in-one DJ system, as requested by the performer.

On the lighting side of the production, we went with a mixture of static lighting, full-colour lasers, and moving head lights. This setup gave plenty of extra intrigue and energy to the dance floor area while saving space.

Last but not least, we added what we felt was the pièce de résistance, a custom wedding monogram light with the couple's initials (J&C). We projected the initials using our IXLED monogram projector with a tungsten warm white bulb, matching the décor and tableware perfectly (if we say so ourselves!).

In our opinion, these intricate touches make all the difference, and it’s probably why wedding planner Jo is held in such high regard. Everything looked incredible, from the décor to the tables, flowers, centrepieces, hanging tea lights, and the seating.

It was a great event to be a part of, and we’re hopeful of getting the opportunity to work at this incredible venue and with Jo and her team again.
